Israel Oh Israel ... how our LORD YESHUAH so desired to take you under his wing ... yet you would not have it so! Our dearly beloved Israel provides us throughout times with great highs yet also great lows. Yet despite all of Jacob's flaws Israel remains GOD's chosen people ... never to be replaced ... never to be permanently spurned ... never to be hated ... always destined to be redeemed and always destined to be the head and not the tail.
The Psalmist resonates messages of love and compassion to sweet Israel yet does so without holding back from the truth. Perhaps, just perhaps, the resonance of the Psalmist will inspire Jacob to awaken to the truth of YESHUAH ... Messiah of Israel! On the other hand perhaps, just perhaps, the truth of the Psalmist's messages will pierce some hearts from the Nations to look upon Israel with compassion, grace, desire and love!
